CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing Second Look Consignment. We are committed to providing a curated shopping experience featuring designer fashion, luxury handbags, jewelry, and accessories. Please review the following terms and conditions of consignment.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Items sold for less than $150.00 Consignor receives 40% of the selling price.

Items sold for $150.00 or more: Consignor receives 50% of the selling price.
ITEM DROP-OFF
-
No appointment is required.

Please limit drop-offs to 10 items per visit.

Acceptance of items is based on current inventory needs, condition, brand, style, and seasonality.

We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our standards.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

The standard consignment period is 90 days.

Prices may be reduced during the consignment period to increase the likelihood of sale.

At the end of the 90-day period, unsold items may be picked up or donated according to the option selected below.

Consignors requesting early item returns must provide 48 hours notice.

Items requested before the end of the consignment period may be subject to a retrieval fee of 10% of the original ticketed price.
CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE

All items must be clean, odor-free, and in excellent condition.

Clothing requiring steaming, laundering, repairs, or excessive preparation may be subject to a processing fee.

Shoes, handbags, and accessories must be clean and presentation-ready.
PRICING & PAYMENTS

Pricing is determined by Second Look Consignment based on market value, condition, brand, and current demand.

While we welcome input regarding item value, final pricing decisions remain at the discretion of Second Look Consignment.

Consignor payments are processed monthly for items sold during the previous month.

Payments will be issued for balances exceeding $25.00.

Checks not claimed within six months of issuance may be forfeited.
LIABILITY

While every effort is made to protect consigned merchandise, Second Look Consignment is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from theft, fire, flood, natural disaster, or circumstances beyond our control.
AGREEMENT
By signing below, I certify that I am the legal owner of all items submitted for consignment and have the authority to sell such items. I agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
